Admission Requirements
For Foreign Students
a. Letter of intent from the student identifying preferred program of study and academic year documents:
b. Student Visa
c. Two (2) original copies of the (HIGH SCHOOL) APOSTILED transcript of records duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in the student’s country of origin.
d. Recommendation letters from two (2) school officials or Certificate of Good Moral Character.
e. Photocopy of passport data page and birth certificate authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in their country
f. Notarized Affidavit of Financial Capability including bank statements.
g. 2×2 ID pictures (2 pcs)

For Incoming Freshmen and Transferees:
Step 1: Proceed to the Verification Section. Present International student admission requirements
Step 2: Proceed to Encoding Section
Step 3: Proceed to Admission and Assessment Section
Step 4: Proceed to the cashier for payment
Step 5: Proceed to the clinic for health assessment
Step 6: Proceed to the ID Section and present the receipt
